Hello, I’m Dr. T. I am the CEO and Co-Founder of LEIDOSWEL. I'm a leadership reclamation coach and organizational consultant who specializes in supporting emerging to executive leaders and organizations to thrive.

My work blends leadership development, emotional intelligence, human-centered practices, and lived experience.
